What distinguishes the ASD Care Centre from the rest?
For us at ASD, the dog’s health, happiness and comfort comes first, and we designed our Care Centre from the ground up with these criteria in mind.

SPACE
We understand how stressful it must be for a dog to be separated from his/her owner, and to be shut up in a small cage will further add to that stress. Our proven concept is a dormitory style environment where 2 to 3 dogs interact in an airy 26 ft x 7 ft area with 2 open shared kennels for their own private moments. Your dog’s well being is of paramount importance to us.

ENVIRONMENT
Your dog can get overwhelmed by the density of dogs in their environment and this adds to his/her stress level. At ASD, our domitories are arranged back to back and each dog has his/her private area to retreat to. Fans ensure fresh air is circulated and our dormitories have plenty of sunshine and adequate shade to ensure a right balance of nature and comfort.

NUTRITION
At the ASD Care Centre, your dog gets the same premium food that we feed our dogs in convalesence. Or if you like, you could bring his/her food so that there is minimal disruption to the diet.

CLEANLINESS
At ASD, cleanliness is our top priority. A clean place is paramount to a healthy and happy dog and we spare no effort. Each dormitory’s tiled floor and walls is meticulously scrubbed, washed and dried each day before the dog is placed back. Regular inspection rounds are done to ensure pee and poo is picked up and cleaned immediately.

CARE
At ASD, your dog gets personalized care, because our caretakers are genuine dog lovers, not just workers, who will give the same level of love, care and attention as they do to our rescued dogs. They have been trained and adhere to the strict ASD code of conduct on how to handle dogs, and how to observe their behavioural and physical symptoms to assess their health status. That said we do not provide 24 hours

The ASD Care Centre’s layout and design is similar to our Adoption & Rescue Centre with the singular aim of providing a clean and condusive environment where the dogs can live and interact happily.

From our experience, the environment is of utmost important for the psychological health of the dogs,and a bright, airy, cosy and spacious environment is a must.

At the ASD Care Centre, the dogs are cared for in spacious dormitories measuring 26 ft x 7 ft area with 2 open shared kennels for their own private moments.

This proven concept has been reinforced by clients who have boarded their dogs with us and remarked on how much more relaxed their dogs were after their stay with us than with their previous experiences at other boarding facilities

Tiled floors with pleasant off-white shades (dogs see in shades of gray) provide a clean, safe and cozy environment while clean fresh air is circulated via the overhead fans.

All these ammenties are standard and included in the rates without any hidden charges.

A common walkway links all the domitories together allowing easy access for cleaning and interaction by our Care Counsellors

We dare say there is no basis for comparison ! *Please submit the e-booking form to check on space availability first before requesting for a site visit.

Boarding Rates

Rates & Charges
$30 for dogs 10kg and below
$40 for dogs above 10kg
Rates per day are charged inclusive of the day the dog is checked in and inclusive of the day the dog is checked out
Example if the dog is checked in on a Saturday and is checked out on a Sunday, 2 days accomodation is charged regardless of the time of check in or check out

Additional Services
S$30 for shampooing and cleaning of ears
S$30 for deticking and defleaing (needed only if dog has a large number of them at point of admission)
S$10 for additional Frontline Plus spot-on (anti flea/tick application effective for 1 month)
$60 for transport (2-way)
Additional $20 for eve of CNY

Boarding Procedure

As space is limited, bookings should be initiated at least 2 weeks in advance of intended date of stay

Click on this link to fill up the Boarding Request form and we will check on the space availability and update you within 3 working days if we are able to allocate space for your dog’s stay. You will then need to confirm that you will board your dog with us on the intended dates.

A Boarding agreement will be attached which you need to download, print out and complete. Please take some time to answer the questions on your dog’s profile, such as phobias, character traits, past illness etc. This will help us to focus on these vulnerabilities and to ensure your dog’s stay is a happy and enjoyable one.

We will then prepare the space for your beloved dog and on the day of admission, the completed and signed Boarding Agreement has to be submitted and full payment made (Cash only)

Dogs should be flea and tick free and should be vaccinated at least 1 month prior to stay. Any sickness or infectious diseases should also be reported prior to admission.

A simple assessment will be made at that point of check-in to ascertain the health of your dog. Should there be a risk of infection, ASD has the right to reject admission of the dog

Your dog will also be assessed at that point to ensure it is flea and tick free. As part of our procedure to ensure the health and safety of your dog, he/she will be protected with an anti flea/tick application which is sprayed on. This is inclusive of the boarding charges.

However it must be noted that a spray application may sometimes not be as effective as a spot-on application. This is available at an additional charge upon request or you may do so yourself prior to check-in and inform our Care Counsellor Owners are advised to also inspect their dogs upon check out to ensure the state and well being of their dog as well as to check for fleas/ticks if any
