Plucked from an area off Changi, a whimpering wreck, one can imagine that horrors he must have endured at the tender age of 3 months, innocence shattered by the harsh reality of society’s indifference and cruelty.
Healed of his emotional scars by the healing love and touch of his foster parent, fate decided his next course of life.
